All products sold by Pulver's Custom Woodturning are handcrafted and made from natural wood. Because wood is a natural material, each piece is unique and may contain variations in grain, color, figure, knots, spalting, natural cracks, mineral streaks, and other characteristics that make each item one of a kind.

Product photos are provided to represent the actual item whenever possible; however, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variations in the wood.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped or delivered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Custom orders are created according to customer specifications. Once work has begun on a custom order, cancellations may not be permitted.

Custom projects may require deposits. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any design details before production begins.

We strive to package all items carefully to prevent damage during transit. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Pulver's Custom Woodturning is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances out of our hands.
