At Pulver's Custom Woodturning, every piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind or decides they no longer want the item after purchase.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

• Any other information that may help us determine the cause of the damage

Once we review the documentation, we may work with you on a repair, replacement, or partial refund when appropriate.

Returns

In general, all sales are final. However, in rare circumstances, we may consider accepting a return if the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Any approved return is subject to inspection upon receipt, and a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
